Summer in the styrian mountains
Is of the eventful active vacation up to the quiet diversion vacation with us at the Mitterberg everything possible. Of extreme trend sports up to the comfortable Alpine pasture walk. The upper Styrian Mountains offers them the most beautiful scenery for her dream vacation at the Reisslerhof in summer.
Summer at the Alpine pasture
One of the favored things to do is to take a trip to our Broadlahn alpine hut, where you can enjoy the special "Steirerkrapfen" [styrian flatbread] with our homemade honey Schnaps at its beautiful, untouched country setting. We also organize daily outings for our guests such as guided bike tours, hikes, tennis, swimming, grill parties and dances.
Daytrips in the mountains
Marked hiking and biking trails invite you to enjoy the Styrian countryside. We make certain that you will have the best vacation of your choice, be it a relaxing or an active one! Should the weather not cooperate outdoors we offer billiard, dart, pinball or bowling games indoors, as well as our vast  wellness center.
Excursions within the area [see the Mitterberg & the surrounding] will give you insight into the Styrian, alpine culture. You can participate in numerous traditional festivities and local activities.
Flying & gliding ...
Or else you can take advantage of the Enns valley’s excellent thermal winds and go paragliding or kite flying, if interested local flight schools are available. Gliding fields are located in Niederöblarn, Aigen and Trieben.
